Our plumbing services
Residential plumbing for Orange and the surrounding Orange County communities. Mark looks at every job himself, tells you what it actually needs, and gives you a price before he starts.
General Plumbing
Leaks, clogged drains, running toilets, bad valves, tired fixtures. The everyday things that go wrong in a house. Mark works out what’s actually wrong before he gives you a price, so you’re not paying to replace something that still had years left in it.

Water Heaters
Repairs when the heater can be saved, and full replacement when it can’t. That includes the venting, the seismic strapping and the connections, all done to code. If you’re trying to decide between a tank and tankless, Mark will tell you what he’d put in his own house and why, then leave the choice to you.

Electronic Leak Detection
A leak under a slab or behind a wall is hard to find and expensive to guess at. Mark uses electronic detection equipment to pin down where the water is actually coming from before anyone picks up a jackhammer. Smaller opening, smaller repair, smaller bill.

Gas Lines
New gas lines for a range, dryer, water heater, fire pit or BBQ stub out, plus repairs to older lines that have started to fail. Gas doesn’t give you a second chance, so every line gets tested before Mark calls the job finished.
Kitchen Plumbing
Sinks, faucets, garbage disposals, dishwasher hookups and the drain lines sitting behind them. A kitchen line that has stopped draining, or a fixture swap as part of a remodel. Either way the counter and the floor get cleaned up before he leaves.
Bathroom Plumbing
Toilets, tubs, showers, sinks, angle stops and supply lines. A single replacement or the whole room, including the rough in plumbing for a remodel, so the work behind the tile holds up as well as the part you can see.

A look at the work
Photos from real Fair Deal Plumbing jobs. Most of this ends up buried under a slab or behind a wall, which is exactly where the quality of the work matters.
Not sure which one you need?
